The Salvation Army Risca Songster Brigade was formed in 1980 under the leadership of Ralph Pearce (now working for The Salvation Army in the USA). Since that date the following have been privileged to lead the songsters:

The songsters are privileged to sing in the services each Sunday, and also undertake special events which come their way. Over the years the brigade have travelled throughout England, visited Scotland twice and also spent a weekend in Guernsey.

The aim of the songsters is that through their singing someone will come to know Jesus as their Saviour.

Rehearsals take place on Tuesdays at 7.45pm. Come along and listen sometime!
