We live our lives with seemingly increasing demands upon our time and energies.

We are called to be good citizens volunteering our time and joining the ‘Big Society’. We are called to be great parents, bringing up children that will become good citizens. We are called to be honest workers contributing to our society etc etc etc.

How do we meet these sometimes conflicting demands. How do we achieve ‘Balance’ in our lives.

The Bible has something to say about it.
